If an item is faulty please notify me within 5 days of receiving with the original receipt of purchase for a repair. If the piece is unable to be repaired I will offer a replacement piece. Please note, all the pieces I make are handmade and no two pieces will be identical. If your faulty item is a one off piece I can offer to exchange for a piece of similar style or value. If we cannot find a good solution I will then offer a refund. The piece being returned must be in like new condition and the customer holds responsibility for shipping costs. If the piece shows signs of wear a refund will not be available.
I also offer a complementary resizing of rings (depending on the ring) and one free repair with proof of purchase.
